Garlic Butter with Roasted Vegetables with Grilled Steak
Ingredients
4 steak beef
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 clove garlic minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 pound mixed vegetables
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
About 30 minutes to be done.
Heat the grill to a moderately hot setting.
In a small bowl, mix the salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. The steaks should be covered with the spice mixture on both sides.
Place the steaks on the grill after brushing them with olive oil. For medium-rare, grill the meat for around 4-5 minutes per side. You can change the cooking time to achieve the amount of doneness you like.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat while the steaks are cooking. For 1-2 minutes, until aromatic, add the minced garlic. After removing from the heat, whisk in the parsley.
In a separate bowl, toss the mixed vegetables with balsamic vinegar and honey. Spread the vegetables evenly on a baking sheet and roast in the oven at 400°F for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
After removing the steaks from the grill, give them some time to rest. Serve the steaks with the roasted veggies and drizzle them with the garlic butter sauce.
